Hannah's Baby Shower

Hannah and I were in youth group together in high school. After high school, she became my college roommate my freshman year of college. Imagine my excitement when she called to tell me that she and her husband were expecting. (& I might have squealed a little when she called to announce that she was having a boy- just as I expected!)

Thanks for allowing me to catch a few moments of your special day, friend! We can't wait to meet this Baby Boy!

Her sister, Laura, on the left, made her cake. She is one talented woman! Her sister-in-law, Brittany, is expecting her first in just a few months. Such a fun time in their lives!

Not only was the cake adorable, but it was yummy, too!

Of course, there were shower games and fun!

This Baby Boy also had a lot of personal gifts that were amazing! These are two paintings that a friend did just for her!

Allie-gator

You may remember Allie from a couple of other posts. Isn't she getting big?!? She is now six months old and oh-so-cute! She's such a smiley baby!

I was a little sad that they didn't have flowers planted in the pots. We found something even prettier, though- potted baby, anyone?

She was such a trooper! It turned out to be a cool spring evening and she wasn't bothered at all. She went through three outfit changes in 45 minutes and was still smiling at the end...in fact this was taken as we were walking back the car.

Madison and Brenden

This week I had the privilege of playing with two cuties! Their mom, Kim, and I went to high school together. Kim and I were reaquainted when she walked into my work one day to sign her daughter up for "school."

Madison knew how to work the camera! You simply had to tell her to look at the camera and smile and click a great picture!

Brenden was such a cutie! He is a go-with-the-flow type of dude who loved being outdoors.

Babies hands are so precious!
